We started in 1989 with MEDEN - Medical Engineering Ltd. The first premises were located in a detached garage. Initially, the company focused on the distribution and service of Bruel & Kjael ultrasound systems. However, the real breakthrough came in 1991 with the purchase of the first 6 laptops to be used for on-site work. The company's increasing popularity in the marketplace allowed us to expand the business to include medical equipment service and exclusive distribution of Ledraplastic products. The exploration of new growth opportunities led to a relocation into larger premises in 1994. At the same time the company was transformed into a limited liability company under the name: Pomorskie Centrum Techniki Medycznej MEDEN - Medical Engineering.
In 1995 MEDEN had its first success at the Rehabilitation Equipment Fair in Łódź, where it was awarded a prize for the ALEX set, designed for children with balance disorders.

During this period, the company focused on broadening its market horizons. The dynamic growth of the company allowed it to introduce both mechanical and electronic production. The beginning of symbolic export opened a wider access to foreign markets. The company soon became the official distributor of AIREX and Gymna-Uniphy and the exclusive distributor of REDCORD products.
In 1998 the company achieved a turnover of 2.04 million Euros. The same year saw the launch of 'SAM', the first product manufactured entirely at MEDEN. That determined the further development of the company as a manufacturer and distributor of medical equipment. In response to the growing interest in medical equipment area, MEDEN outsourced production to Inmed. In 2001 MEDEN was awarded its first European Medal 2001 for the thermal massage device MASTER.

From 2002 to 2008, the company grew dynamically thanks to well-defined objectives, which contributed to a series of investments. In 2002, the first complete production hall was built. Overseas expansion in 2004 was a natural development. Continuous work on the implementation of modern production methods led to the introduction of a Quality Management System and the attainment of ISO 9001:2008 and 13485:2003 certification. The company's current certifications are available on the website: Certification.
Between 2005 and 2007, the company experienced dynamic infrastructural development, which led to the construction of a 3,500 m2 production hall. As a result of the company's dynamic growth, it was necessary to move to the current premises at Wenedów 2. The largest project in the company's history was completed in 2008. An investment of PLN 10 million enabled the construction of an office building and another production hall with a total area of 7104 m2. Meden-Inmed moved all its activities to a new address and changed its signboard as well: Meden-Inmed Professional Medical Technology.

In 2009, Meden-Inmed implemented the installation of complete endoscopic operating theatre systems in hospitals across the country. The strategy of expansion into foreign markets enabled the company to participate in the Medica 2010 trade fair in Düsseldorf.
The dynamic development of the company's own product range and exports made it possible to launch an online shop in 2011. The company began cooperation in the exclusive distribution of MegaEMG and Dornier MedTech products. Meden-Inmed was awarded the Ambassador of the Polish Economy prize in the Exporter category for being a reliable business partner in the international arena. The company pays attention to the highest quality of the manufactured equipment, thanks to which it received its first major award at the Rehabilitation Fair in Łódź 2013.

Further growth of the company and an increase in employment, entails further investments. Another production hall and logistics centre of 2,900 m2 are opened. The following year, a new 4-storey production and office building with a total usable area of 2071 m2 is built. A new branch of laminate production was established near Rosnowo. Product development in the area of patient care and the expansion of the cardiac rehabilitation product portfolio with the Cardioline brand were important.
One of the key prerequisites for the company's rapid growth is the high quality of cooperation between the companies. In 2019, Meden-Inmed started its cooperation with the Professor Zbigniew Religa Foundation for the Development of Cardiac Surgery in Zabrze. In cooperation with the professors of the Clinic, the first cardiac robot for handling endoscopic instruments, used in operations on the human heart, was developed.
