Meden-Inmed and Technomex at E-HealthNAx in Tunisia

From March 24–27, during the E-HealthNAx – North Africa Access international business mission in Tunisia, we represented Polish companies operating in the medical sector, establishing contacts and developing cooperation in the North African market.

E-HealthNAx – North Africa Access is an international immersion program aimed at European startups and companies in the HealthTech sector, with the goal of supporting their expansion into the Tunisian market and other countries in the North African region. The event took place in Tunis and Monastir

The initiative was implemented by BioValley France in collaboration with its Tunisian partner, HealthCare Innovation, and its Polish partner, MedSilesia Cluster – Silesian Medical Devices Network. Twelve companies from Europe participated in the project, for whom Tunisia serves as a strategic entry point for further expansion in the region.

The program included over 100 carefully selected B2B and B2C meetings with representatives of Tunisian hospitals, distributors, and e-health entities.

Participation in E-HealthNAx also provides access to specialized regulatory support, including the registration of medical devices and compliance with local regulations. Participants took part in presentations and study visits to public and private healthcare facilities, which allowed them to better understand the specifics of the local market and establish contacts with representatives from various healthcare sectors, including elderly care, diagnostics, telemedicine, and hospital management.

E-HealthNAx is also an example of cooperation between clusters from the European Union and the Mediterranean region, aimed at building lasting business relationships.

Our participation in this initiative represents a significant step toward the development of international operations and strengthening the presence of Polish medical companies in foreign markets.
