13.11.2023A form of hydrotherapy. It contains a 1-6 % solution of common salt and/or rock salt (NaCl). The salt concentrations differ depending on the indications. A saline bath improves skin’s moisture and blood flow to the skin, facilitates toxins’ removal, reduces sweating and promotes relaxation.
