Professional career: Professionally affiliated with Meden-Inmed since 2010 when he became the Company's Management Proxy responsible for trade negotiations and cost optimization.
In 2011 he became the Rehabilitation Department Sales Manager and in 2012 he additionally took over the Marketing and IT Department. At present he is responsible for: creating marketing and selling strategies, team and brand building, trade negotiations, and new brands recruitment. Friendly working atmosphere and a harmonious and well motivated team are his priorities.
Since 2010 he has been a manager of a specialist outpatient clinic with a wide range of rehabilitation facilities.
In 2009 he graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, Faculty of Management and Marketing, specialization: Corporate Strategy and Corporate Finance.
In 2011 he graduated from the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Law and Administration. His master's thesis was titled "Limited Company Bond Issue on the Capital Market". Thanks to his double-track education, he has acquired knowledge indispensable for performing his duties. He speaks fluent English and German and communicative French.

Professional career: Chief Executive Officer of Zakłady Techniki Medycznej (Medical Engineering Company) in the years 1987 - 1990. Repeatedly awarded for his commitment to the development of medical technologies.
Since 1990 he is a founder and a chief executive officer of the Meden-Inmed company which has specialised in medical devices construction and development from it's early days.
Apart from managing the company Wiesław Zinka is actively involved in constructing the medical equipment manufactured by Meden-Inmed. Creating and developing Polish innovative technologies and implementing them to manufacture the equipment of the highest world standards are regarded by the President of Meden-Inmed as a means of enhancing the prestige of Poland in the world.
The company was awarded many times with the Gazelle of Business 2006, and 2007, Transparent Company 2009, Forbes Diamonds 2009, Quality International 2010, Investment of the Year 2009 in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Ambassador of Polish Economy 2009 and these are only some of the most precious trophies Meden-Inmed has been awarded with.

Professional career: She worked for the economic division of Telekomunikacja Polska (Polish Telecommunication) in the years 1972 - 1987. In 1987 she became the Treasurer of Zakłady Techniki Medycznej (Medical Engineering Company). Since 1990 she has served as the Vice President of Meden-Inmed responsible for the company finance.
She works on a voluntary basis as a treasurer for the non-governmental organization Kardiopuls which supports the cardiologic department of the Voivodeship Hospital in Koszalin.
Hobbies: growing pot plants and ornamental garden plants, autumn forest walks and mushroom picking.
Professional career: Unrivalled professional experience acquired since 1986. She has completed the foreign trade course at the Warsaw School of Commerce and the management course at the University of Valencia. She is the instructor of "The ABC of Entrepreneurship" and "My Little Enterprise" courses in management, entrepreneurship and marketing, run in accordance with the programme established by Polsko-Amerykański Instytut Przedsiębiorczości (Polish-American Institute of Entrepreneurship).
She has served as the PCTM Meden Sales Vice President since 1995.
In 2008 she became the Export Vice President, offering the Meden-Inmed equipment to worldwide clientele.

Professional career: She graduated from the University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Economics, in 1988 and took her first job in Wojewódzkie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Miejskiej w Koszalinie (the Voivodship Municipal Transport Services Company in Koszalin).
In the years 1990-1992 she served as the Director of Oddział Regionalnej Fundacji Gospodarczej w Gdańsku (the Department of Regional Economic Foundation in Gdansk).
She graduated from the Warsaw School of Commerce and completed the courses in management run by Fundacja Rozwoju Kultury Negocjacji (Negotiation Culture Development Foundation) in Warsaw.
In 1993 she took the job in the economic division of Meden (currently Meden-Inmed Ltd). She has served as the Chief Accountant since 1996.
She participates in professional trainings for chartered auditors, covering financial and managerial accounting, financial reporting and statement of expenditure organized by the Accountants Association in Poland.
In 1999 she completed her post-graduate accountancy studies at Koszalin University of Technology. She received her Certificate of Competence no. 14575/99 proving her meeting the requirements for professionals providing accounting services.
Professionally, she is interested especially in economic analysis and searching for and implementing process improvements in the company's financial department.
Hobbies: Sudety and Bieszczady tourism, floristry and aquaristics. She derives a lot of pleasure from looking after an 18-year-old turtle adapted to living on land.
Professional career: In the years 1986-1989 employed in Zakłady Techniki Medycznej (Medical Engineering Company) where he was responsible for the service of anaesthetic machines and respirators. The service was local at first but became nationwide within a short period of time.
Since 1990 he has been affiliated with Meden-Inmed - one of two first employees of the company.
Responsible for sale and service of ultrasound apparatuses in the Medical Equipment Department he contributed to the rapid development of the company.
In the years 1999-2009 the MED's offer was extended with urodynamic equipment, EMG/EEG equipment, as well as Richard Wolf and Dornier MedTech products.
Since 2010 he has served as the Medical Equipment Vice President managing a team of 25 employees.
