Career:

Nearly 20 years ago, he discovered medicine—and with it, a world of endless inspiration. He began his career in endoscopic equipment sales and soon took on management roles, driven by a passion for innovation and excellence. Along the way, he earned his doctorate in Management and spent several years advising Poland’s National Centre for Research and Development as both a business and subject-matter expert.

Since 2021, he has had the privilege of leading Meden-Inmed’s Medical Equipment Department, guiding a talented team of over 50 professionals—group managers, sales representatives, product managers, service technicians, and sales-support specialists. Together, they bring hundreds of sales and educational projects to life each year, partnering with experts in urology, gynecology, general and spinal surgery, orthopedics, sports medicine, clinical nutrition, endocrinology, interventional radiology, and oncology.

His mission is simple: to create an environment where creativity and independence thrive, rooted in integrity and excellence. He is committed to providing each team member with the support and resources he needs to grow—and to achieving the company’s business goals with confidence.
