13.11.2023Neurac method encompasses exercises in closed kinetic chains. The exercises allow to minimize shearing forces which may lead to damage to passive stabilizing elements (bones and tendons). Moreover, the exercises activate many motor units and therefore their influence on the muscular system is more general.
