Sebastian Kwiatek

Career:

I have an MA in Exercise Rehabilitation and a degree in Healthcare Management. I have been working in the medical field for the past 24 years and have been in constant contact with doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and pharmaceutical wholesalers. I started working in the medical industry when I became a Medical Representative. Later on, I started to take on management positions (including positions such as Managing Director or Sales and Marketing Director in the orthopedic supply industry).

Since October 2023 I have been working for Meden-Inmed as Marketing and Business Development Director. I am responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies in line with our corporate values and mission, developing and implementing a marketing plan, encouraging creativity, initiative, and a sales mindset, and evaluating and developing new sales opportunities. I am also responsible for planning and monitoring advertising campaigns, developing Meden-Inmed’s corporate image, promoting the company and creating effective structures for employee development. In my work I value creativity, conscientiousness, perseverance, and a partnership approach with my colleagues.

Outside the professional arena, I spend my time actively participating in various sporting activities. Karate is one of my hobbies.
